This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Pratap Maneklal Vasa and Mahendra Maneklal Vasa both being sons of deceased. The deceased No. 1 namely Maneklal Zaverchand Vasa said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 15.07.1994. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition. The deceased No. 2 namely Narmada Maneklal Vasa said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 06.11.1983. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were survived by four sons and three married daughters. Out of them, two sons are petitioners herein and remaining two sons and three married daughters have given their consents. The consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice and Administration Bond are filed. Delay is explained in para No. 11 of the petition. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
