P.C.:
1.
Heard Ms. Deshmukh, learned Advocate for Petitioners. 2.
The requisition to dispense with inventory of the Bank Locker is argued before me. One of the submission made by learned Advocate is that locker was accessed in the year 2019 by Petitioner and one of the legal heirs, but it would be in the interest of justice if inventory is carried out afresh, at least in the presence of the Branch Manager of the Bank who shall prepare and endorse the Inventory Report and submit the same to the Department. If Judge's Order to the aforesaid extent is filed, this Court shall allow the same.

Petitioners are at liberty to file appropriate Judge's Order. [ MILIND N. JADHAV, J. ] Ajay by AJAY TRAMBAK UGALMUGALE Date: 2025.09.18 10:23:13 +0530 AJAY TRAMBAK UGALMUGALE
