P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by two petitioners namely Schanelle-Maria Judeline Saldanha and Riz Shea Jude Saldanha, both being daughter and son of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Ramon Albert Saldanha died intestate at New Jersey, U.S.A on 19.12.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. The deceased was divorcee and the copy of divorce decree of Court of Common Pleas of Washington Country, Pennsylvania, Civil Division, U.S.A. The deceased was survived by one daughter and one son, both are petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 21.01.2025. Since petitioners. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
