Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that petitioners have filed the detailed affidavit seeking dispensation of inventory of the locker. It is stated that petitioners had applied for Heir-ship certificate having Misc. Petition No. 265 of 2022 for recognition as a legal heirs of deceased Akshay Kumar Maujilal Jha. The said Petition was allowed and Certificate has been granted vide an order dated 24.03.2023 and accordingly Heir-ship certificate issued accordingly on 30.05.2023. On basis of the Heir-ship certificate, petitioner carried out the inventory of the locker held by the deceased (namely, Akshaykumar Jha) along with deceased Sunita Jha. On the basis of the said Heirship Certificate, bank has allowed the petitioner to carry out an inventory of the Locker, bearing No. 685, maintained with The Greater Bombay Co-operative Bank Ltd.

having address at Unit No. G-1, Wing B, Silver Astra, J. B. Nagar, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai-400059, along with Panchanma signed by the petitioners dated 12.09.2023 signature of the bank, amount stated by the valuer and along with other annexeures. Hence, Petitioner seeks dispensation from requisition of an inventory of the locker. 2.

However, the petitioner may take out necessary proceeding to dispense with this requisition. Hence, adjourned.
