Perused Petition. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the deceased No.

1 is the mother of the deceased No.2. The deceased No.2 died unmarried. Husband of the deceased no. 1 (i.e. father of the deceased No.2 and present petitioner) is also died. Hence, petitioner is the only surviving legal heir. Submission is accepted and taken on the record.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that some time is required to clarify that the property mentioned at serial No. 1 in the schedule-I of the petition is jointly held by the deceased No. 1 and 2 or not.

Hence, the petitioner to clarify that both the deceased have immovable property jointly or severally and therefore this joint petition is filed.
