1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Deepak Jogeshwar Sharma, who is Son of deceased. Deceased namely Jogehswar Dinanath Sharma, who said to be died intestate at Navi Mumbai on 01.01.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B".
2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that wife of the deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and two daughters. Out of them one son is petitioner and the another son and both daughters have given their consents in favour of the petitioners. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.
3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 05.05.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
