1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by two petitioners i.e. petitioner no. 1 namely Bharti Manish Vakil and petitioner no. 2 namely Heena Nasurallah Khasim, Petitioner no. 1 is Grand Daughter-in-law and Petitioner no. 2 is Grand-daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Vasanti Madanlal Vakil, who said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 15.02.2000. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Affidavit dated 11.10.2024 is filed for non availability of identification proof of the deceased.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and Husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had one son namely Manjul Madanlal Vakil predeceased the deceased leaving behind his wife, one son (Manish) and two daughters. Manish since deceased the deceased on 09.12.2016 leaving behind his wife (who is petitioner no. 1 herein) and one daughterdaughter. The daughter of Manjul namely Jayesha Vakil died as spinster on 30.08.2022. Therefore, Deceased was survived by one grand daughter-in-law, one great grand-daughter and one Grand-daughter. Out of them grand daughter-in-law and grand-daughter of the deceased, who both are petitioners herein and great grand-daughter has given consent in favour of the petitioners. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 23.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 04.02.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
