TP/5889/2024 (E-filing) Mr. U. L. Shah, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Lalita Ananthanarayanan being daughter-in-law of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Seethamani Natarajan died intestate at Mumbai on 20.01.1992. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Ayakad Subramanian Natarajan died intestate at Tamil Nadu on 14.02.2017. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 27.10.2023 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased Nos. 1 and 2. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had one son and three daughters. Son of deceased died on 19.10.1989 leaving behind his widow. In para Nos. 7 and 10 of the petition, legal heirs of deceased has not properly mentioned hence, Advocate to take steps.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 22.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 10.03.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is ready for final grant. Hence, remove from board. 07.07.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
