Read order dated 08.01.2025, petitioner is permitted to amend the para no. 8 of the petition and to aver about the legal heirs as per the Section 15(1) (b) r/w Rule 3 of Section 16 including agnates and cognates of the Hindus Succession Act, 1956 as per the Order dated 08.01.2025. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Amended petition to be uploaded within 03 days from the date of amendment.
