Advocate for petitioner seeks to carry out corrections in prayer clause of the petition as there is no Codicil is filed. The said corrections are allowed. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out corrections in the petition. Ld. Advocate for petitioner re-upload the corrected petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court.

2. This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Vaidehi Sainath being sole Executrix named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Mythily Sainath died at Mumbai on 10.10.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 23.01.2020. The said Will is in English language. The Page No. 5 of the Will refers to the appointment of Executrix. Only one Executrix appointed under the Will who is petitioner herein.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one daughter who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Sairaman Krishnamurthy dated 22.05.2024 one of the Attesting Witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 03.01.2025 is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

5. Office to issue Probate after uploading the corrected petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court as stated hereinabove and after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any caveat is filed. 09.07.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
