1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner pointed out that statement about the mother is made in para no. 8 of the petition and she is pre-deceased to the deceased.

2. Petitioner to correct the petition number in attesting witness affidavit by following Rule 203 of the Bombay High Court ( O. S.) Rules, 1980.

3. Petitioner to correct the third date in the administration bond and re-upload the same. Ld. advocate for the petitioner undertakes that she will inform the petitioner for proposed corrections in the Administration Bond, as the petitioner is residing out of the Stat, in Hyderabad. Hence, in view of her undertaking it would be proper to all her to initial the bond, in lieu of Petitioner. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the Ld. advocate for the petitioner, surety and notary.
