1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that Exhibit- E is missing in amended petition. Hence, petitioner is permitted to upload the amended petition with Exibit-E within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order.

2. In an order dated 17.02.2025 reference of earlier grant is not mentioned. Hence, in paragraph no. 7 following reasons are recorded. "Petitioner namely T. V. Kamkshi (since deceased wife of the deceased) had obtained a Letters of Administration in TP No. 2090/2015. However, said administrator died on 07.02.2022, without administering the properties shown in the schedule-I of the petition hence, vide Section 259 of the Indian Succession Act, 1928 petition is maintainable.

3. In order clause no. 1 of the order dated 17.02.2025 words (De-Bonis non) are added.

4. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner undertakes to upload the amended petition along with all exhibits referred in the petition within two weeks from the two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
