This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioners namely Dilshad Eric Kathawalla and Aparna Suryakant Joglekar being Executors named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Nalini Aderbad Wadia died at Mumbai on 04.06.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 09.12.2021. The said Will is in English language. The Para No.1 of the Will refers to the appointment of Executors. Only two Executors appointed under the Will who are petitioners herein.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had two sisters. One sister of deceased namely Sandhya died on 25.07.2016. Details of legal heirs of Sandhya is not mentioned in the petition. Deceased was survived by one sister who is petitioner No. 2 herein.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of G. Gangadharan Rao and Sandeep R. Chandran dated 09.10.2024 both the the Attesting Witnesses to the Will are filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 24.01.2025 is filed.

5. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is ready for final grant.
