The captioned Testamentary Petition has been filed for Letters of Administration in respect of the properties and credits of one Suresh Sitaram Kori (the deceased) by the sister of the deceased. The Testamentary Registrar has on 3 rd January, 2025 raised the following requisition:- "1. Perused Petition. Petitioner to explain how sister can file the petition in the lifetime of the father (Class-II) (Entry-II) legal heirs. Hence, adjourned." 2.
Learned Counsel points out that one Sitaram Kori, the father of the deceased, who is a Class I legal heir under the provisions of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 has consented to the Petition being filed by the Petitioner in view of his advance age. The consent Affidavit is on record. Shubham 1/2
