1. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that in the order dated 07.05.2025 particularly, in the paragraph No. 02, it is incorrectly typed that the petitioner filed the petition being beneficiary under the Will. However, petition is not with will annexed. Submission is accepted.

Hence, in paragraph No.2 of an order dated 07.05.2025, following correction/s are made, such as - Words " Beneficiary named under the last Will and Testament" are deleted and words "legal heir" are substituted.

It is made clear that rest of the Order, stands as it is. Corrected order to be uploaded into CIS. Accordingly, the office to issue citation as per the referred order, within period of 02 weeks from the date of uploading this order.
