However, given the fact that the Testamentary Petition, at this stage, is uncontested Testamentary Petition, the Prothonotary and Senior Master or any such other officer would have jurisdiction to decide the same under Rule 371 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980. 4.
