The captioned Testamentary Petition is a composite Petition filed for Letters of Administration in respect of the property and credits of Mohanlal Chaturbhuj Dave and Shardaben Mohanlal Dave ('the deceased'), who were stated to be the parents of the Petitioner.

The office has raised the requisition as to how a joint Petition can be filed.

However, given the fact that the Testamentary Petition, at this stage, is uncontested Testamentary Petition, the Prothonotary and Senior Master or any such other officer would have jurisdiction to decide the same under Rule 371 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980. 4.
