1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 12.03.2025 and thereby submitted that on 05.03.2025 order of speaking to the minutes was passed and name of the petitioner was corrected. However, as per the praecipe correction was supposed to be carried out in the surname and same was corrected. However, in order dated 05.03.2025 instead of word surname, name is written. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. Heard, Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner. Submission is taken on record. Hence, I pass the following order.

"Hence, in order dated 21.02.2025 surname of the petitioner stands corrected and read as "SUNDARAMURTHY".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 21.02.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
