This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Shakuntala Ladoba Ghadigaonkar being sister of deceased. Deceased namely Sunil Ladoba Ghadigaonkar died intestate at Thane on 16.02.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as bachelor. Brother of deceased died on 22.02.2013 who died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by one sister who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.03.2025 is filed. As petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of the deceased before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
