1. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that she will verify the provisions of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 about the requisition by which averment about grandparents of the deceased is necessary and accordingly she will take steps accordingly.

2. The petitioner may go through the provisions of Rule 397 and 389 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 along with the provisions of the personal laws applicable to the deceased and to take steps accordingly.
