1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner filed additional affidavit of the petitioner along with documents annexed to the said affidavit such as certificate of Embracement to Islam. Furthermore, it is stated that after the death of the deceased petitioner has reconverted from Islam to Hindu.

2. On the basis of this affidavit, petitioner to amend the petition and aver all these facts in the petition as Rider -I and to apply the Letters of the Administration left by the deceased.

3. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pounding.
