This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Shyam Khandelwal being son of deceased. Deceased namely Gendalal Khandelwal died intestate at Indore on 11.10.1988. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 14.11.2024 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased died on 14.12.1998 who since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and the daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 16.01.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
