Petitioner to comply requisitions as per the Chapter XXVI of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980 (for short 'Rules'). Petitioner to take steps to serve the citation upon the minor legal heir through legal guardian or file his consent affidavit as per the law. Petitioner to file the translation of the Will.
