Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased namely Jaya Ramesh Solanki died on 15.10.2011. Deceased died leaving behind him three sons namely Sachin Ramesh Solanki (petitioner herein), Anil Ramesh Solanki died as bachelor on 15.09.2014 and Dheeraj Ramesh Solanki died on 15.03.2016 leaving behind his wife namely Hema Dheeraj Solanki who died on 25.02.2017 and both of them left behind Kinjal Dheeraj Solanki who is minor.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that petitioner is ready and willing to deposit share of minor who is granddaughter of deceased. She will take appropriate Application to deposit share of minor in this Hon'ble Court. Hence, Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that four weeks time may be granted to deposit the share of minor before this Hon'ble Court. The said request is accepted.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner seeks permission to carry out corrections in the petition with respect to add the word 'bachelor' as one of the legal heir of deceased namely Anil Ramesh Solanki died as bachelor. The said request is accepted. At the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioner, re-verification is dispensed with. Ld. Advocate for petitioner re-upload the corrected version of the petition.
