Heard Mr. Menon, Learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.

Mr. Menon informs the Court that there is only one original death certificate of the deceased which has been filed in the present Petition which was issued by the Competent Authority in Bangkok. He would submit that the original death certificate is required for other collateral purposes with regard to the property and credits of the deceased. Request is made to pass order to return the original death certificate.

Request is granted. Department shall return the original death certificate and retain a self-attested zerox copy of the death certificate with undertaking that if required in future, the original shall be presented to the Department / Court, if so called for.
