However, this Act is applicable to Christian and Parsi. Hence, the Petitioner to mention the religion in the paragraph No. 4 of the petition by way of amendment. Ld. advocate for the petitioner to carry out an amendment and initial the same. Re-verification is dispensed with. Amendment to be carried out within 02 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Amended Copy of the Petition to be uploaded within 03 days from the date of Amendment.
