Heard Ms. Bhosale, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.
Ms. Bhosale mentions that initially though Caveat was filed, the same was withdrawn and disposed of on 01.10.2025. 3.
In the present case, Petitioner is senior citizen. There can be no impediment in allowing the Petition which was allowed by the Court. There was a mistake on the part of the Department to observe and contend that the Caveat was still subsisting. 4.
Department is directed to issue the Grant positively within a period of two weeks from today subject to all compliances unfailingly. 5.
In view of the above, Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed.
