Advocate for the Petitioner may take out proper proceeding to take appropriate remedy in respect of the caveat for noncompliance of the service of the caveat and documents.

2. Department to scrutinize the caveat and proceed as per the Rule 402 of the Bombay High Court Rules, 1980, in case of compliance and in case of non-compliance it may be placed before the Hon'ble Prothonotary and Senior Master for appropriate directions.

3. Removed from the board, with liberty to either party to list the matter by following proper procedure.
