This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Varun Yagnesh Maniar being son of deceased. Deceased namely Kiran Yagnesh Maniear said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 08.05.2008. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pan Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice and Administration Bond is dispensed with in view of the order dated 28.02.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Court in TP No. 2556 of 2022 and TP No.2559 of 2022. Delay is explained in para No. 10 of the petition. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
