Ld. advocate for the petitioner pointed that the said page was proposed to be substituted with the existing petition, however, while uploading the petition, incorrect the page has been uploaded. He has shown the both pages. Hence, submission is accepted. The petitioner to amend this page, so as to include the all facts which are required as per the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 5.
