1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that there is a locker in the schedule-I of the petition and therefore, an inventory of said locker is required to be carried out. Under such circumstances, it will not be proper to issue the citation, she further submits that she will take necessary steps for issuance of the citation as soon as inventory of the locker is carried out.

2. She further submits that she will take steps by filing judge's order for inventory of the locker. Submission is taken on record petition adjourned for the compliances of inventory of the locker and other compliances as per earlier orders.
