1. Upon perusal of the petition, it appears that place of death of the deceased is incorrectly mentioned as a Mumbai instead of Thane. In view of death certificate of the deceased exhibit A, the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner is permitted to carry out an amendment in place of death. Ld. advocate to initial the amendment. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from the date of uploading this order, and amended petition to be uploaded within three days from the date of amendment, if the petition is pending.
