TP/6129/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Ansari Ayaz Ahmed, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mallika Chandrasekhar being sister of deceased. Deceased namely S Devaki Srinivasan died intestate at Mumbai on 03.01.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. One sister of deceased namely Prafulla died in the year 2016 who predeceased the deceased leaving behind her daughter. Deceased was survived by two brothers, one sister and one niece. Out of them one sister is petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits of both the brothers and one niece are not filed or their shares needs to be justified.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 02.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 14.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
