1. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that locker is deleted from the schedule-I of the petition.

However, the petitioner to state seek letters of administration for the all properties of the deceased and Limited grant cannot be issued unless petitioner obtains the Hon'ble Court Order vide Rule 418 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980.

Furthermore, the petitioner has to state about the properties which are likely to be come in the hands of the petitioner, vide Sec. 278(1)(d) of the Indian Succession Act, 1925. Hence, the petitioner to take steps to include all properties belonging to the deceased.
