2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 28.02.2025 and thereby seeks a permission to mention about the Mother in law of the deceased. Praecipe is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Upon filing additional affidavit of the petitioner confirming the proposed amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.
