1. It appears that marital status of the deceased is incorrectly mentioned as a married though her husband died in year 1970. Therefore, petitioner to amend the marital status of the deceased in title of the petition and throughout the petition.

Consequential amendments, if any, are also permitted in view of the death certificate produced at Exhibit-B. The verification is dispensed with, however, Ld.
