The Petitioners seek the grant of a Legal Heirship Certificate under the provisions of Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Arun Dharsibhai Dassani. The office has raised an objection that religion of the deceased and name of the personal law by which the deceased was governed is not mentioned in the Petition.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submits that she shall effect the necessary amendments in the Petition. 3.
