Heard Mr. Solanke, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.

It is stated that Legal Heirship Certificate has been withheld by the Department in view of the submissions which were made to the learned Judge dated 23.06.2025. I have perused the same. In view of those submissions, I asked the Petitioner to take out Judge's Order forthwith for seeking inventory of the contents in Locker No. 373, Bank of Baroda, Thakurdwar Branch standing in the name of Maureen Pereira.

Once the Judge's Order is filed, appropriate orders can be passed therein and thereafter Misc. Petition can be proceeded further. 4.
