Present Petition is filed for revocation of Grant. Executor is the Respondent who is present before the Court. Beneficiary under the Grant has filed Interim Application (L) No.21884 of 2025. Executor has filed Affidavit-in-Reply to oppose revocation of the Grant. Original Affidavit-in-Reply is handed over to the Court and the Court has taken a copy thereof and placed on record. Copy of Affidavit is given to Mr.

Interim Application for intervention filed by beneficiary namely Sudarshan Sadaphule is consider as a reply to the revocation Petition.

Rejoinder, if any, is directed to be filed within one week from today and copy of the same shall be given to Respondent and the Intervenor by Ms. Hunnurkar.
