Learned Counsel for the Petitioner points out that in paragraph 2 of the said order, by which the captioned Miscellaneous Petition for Legal Heirship Certificate was allowed, the personal law applicable to the deceased has incorrectly been stated as being Hindu Succession Act, 1956, whereas the same ought to be the Indian Succession Act, 1925.
