The Petitioner seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of the deceased Jamuna Anand Kodical who died intestate.

The legal heirs of the deceased, mentioned in paragraph 4 of the Petition.

The legal heirship certificate is sought to facilitate the transfer of property mentioned in Schedule of Assets annexed as Exhibit D to the Petition.

In view of the aforesaid aforesaid submissions and having perused the material placed on record, the Petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
