Although this Court by an order dated 6th May, 2025 had directed that no further time shall be granted on the ground of non-availability of Counsel or otherwise, in order to afford a fair and final opportunity to the Respondent, the matter is adjourned to 10th July, 2025 at 3.00 pm. 3.

It is made clear that on the next date no indulgence will be shown to the Respondent on the next date, and no further time will be granted on any ground whatsoever, including non-availability of Counsel and the Court shall proceed with the matter ex parte.
