By this praecipe, learned Advocate for the Petitioners seeks correction in the title of the Petition, paragraph No.1 thereof, and the schedule of assets.

He submits that, by an Order dated 7th May 2025, a Legal Heirship Certificate was granted to the Petitioner, and it was thereafter discovered that the name of the deceased has been inadvertently mentioned as "Chandrabahaga" instead of "Chandrabhaga". 3.

The amendment is permitted and shall be carried out on or before 4th September 2025.
