The learned Counsel on instructions submits that on 1st October 2024, Probate in respect of the Last Will and Testament of Imran Essofally Lokhandwala, (the deceased) has already been granted.

The learned Counsel seeks time to carry out the further amendment in the petition so as to bring the said fact and make necessary averments in the petition.
