Advocate for petitioner has filed praecipe dated 02.07.2025 stating therein that petitioner is widow and therefore, she is entitled for exemption of court fees of Rs.65,000/- as per the Notification of Government of Maharashtra.

2. Upon perusal of the petition, it is noticed that the widow is not only the petitioner in the present petition. Two sons of deceased are also the petitioner in the present petition and order for grant is already issued in favour of these petitioners by an order dated 13.06.2025 therefore, the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioners for refund of court fees of Rs. 65,000/- cannot be granted.
