The Petitioner seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Ramniklal Shivlal Gosalia. 2.

The deceased expired at Malabar Hill, Mumbai on or about 28th December, 2020. Copies of the death certificate and Aadhar Card of the deceased are respectively annexed to the Petition as Exhibit 'A' and 'B'.

The deceased died intestate at Malabar Hill, Mumbai on or about 28th December, 2020. The Petitioner is only legal

22-MPT-295-2025.DOC heir and next of kin of the deceased as specifically set out in paragraph no.4 of the Petition.

Learned Advocate Mr. Parmar for the Petitioner submits that the Legal Heirship Certificate is sought for transfer of the Properties set out in Paragraph no. 8 of the Petition. The consent affidavits of the other legal heirs are annexed at Exhibit 'D' and 'E' to the Petition. 5.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and the material placed on record, I find no impediment in allowing the Petition.
