Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that vide an order dated th August, 2024 the captioned Miscellaneous Petition for Legal Heirship Certificate was allowed. It is his submission that after the order was passed, the Petitioner has received a requisition from the Registry stating that Court fees has not been paid by the Petitioner and it is thus the Legal Heirship Certificate is not being issued to the Petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks dispensation of this objection on the ground that the Petitioner has already paid Court fees in respect of the very same property in proceedings filed for Letters of Administration of the estate of the deceased.

Let the Petitioner file an affidavit placing this on record and satisfy the Registry. In the event the objections still subsist, the Petitioner is at liberty to move the Court.
