The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the petition, the date of death of the deceased No. 2 was incorrectly mentioned as "22nd June, 2024" instead of "2nd June, 2024". 5.

The learned counsel seeks leave to amend the petition in accordance with the draft schedule of amendment handed in. 6.

Leave granted.

The petitioner is permitted to amend the petition in accordance with the draft schedule of amendment handed in and marked 'X'.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week.

Corrected order be uploaded after petitioner carries out amendment in the petition.
