Though there are multifarious prayers sought in the present Petition, Petition cannot be allowed. However, insofar as prayer clause (e) i.e. to revoke the Grant issued in Testamentary Petition No. 1387 of 2022 is concerned, the same stands allowed.

Department is directed to give certified copy of Testamentary Petition No. 1387 of 2022 to Petitioner on due compliances. Petitioner shall thereafter take steps as available to them in law.
