Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner points out that vide and order dated 10th December 2024, the captioned Miscellaneous Petition for the grant of legal heirship certificate was allowed. Learned Counsel was also by way of the said order granted time to carry out the necessary amendments in the Petition. 3.

He submits that, however, those amendments had not been carried out and seeks an extension to time to carry out the same.
